- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years of experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, or part specifications.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic components or small-part assembly is a plus.
- Background in production or assembly line work is helpful but not required.
