- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions, tactile guides, and accessible documentation.
- Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools (training provided as needed).
- Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to various assembly or kitting tasks.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
