Master Esthetician

The Master Esthetician provides exceptional skincare services to resort guests, exceeding their expectations and contributing to a memorable spa experience. This role requires advanced knowledge and skills in a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, body treatments, and waxing. The Master Esthetician also plays a key role in maintaining a high level of service quality within the spa.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services:
  • Customized facials (including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and massage)
  • Body treatments (wraps, scrubs, massages)
  • Waxing services (face)
  • Other spa services as assigned
• Provide exceptional guest service:
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs and preferences
  • Tailor treatments to individual guest needs and skin conditions
  • Ensure guest comfort and relaxation throughout the treatment
  • Provide aftercare instructions and recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment room
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge:
  • Understand and recommend appropriate skincare products to guests
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in skincare
• Contribute to a positive team environment:
  • Collaborate effectively with other spa team members
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude
  • Be a role model for excellent work ethic and guest service
• Maintain accurate records:
  • Document guest treatments and preferences in the spa software system
  • Track inventory and order supplies as needed
• Uphold spa policies and procedures:
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information

• Education:
  • Utah DOPPL Master Esthetician License is required to apply for this position - current.

The Hotel functions seven days a week and 24-hours a day. All employees, both management and hourly, must realize, at times, it may be necessary to move an employee from their accustomed shift so support business demands.
