General Responsibilities:

 

  • Sales Order Entry:
    • Quote to Order - Convert Infor ERP Quotes to Sales Orders inside Infor ERP.
    • Communicate with engineering and production regarding questions to order
    • Order Acknowledgement – Send an order acknowledgement and floor plan to each Dealer or Customer for signature and (copy Endera sales team).
    • Review order with Sales Team
    • Assist in managing new option request
    • Sales order change management
  • Scheduling / Forecasting:
    • Production Schedule Management - Manage and publish the production schedule based on sales, Manufacturing, purchasing and management priorities.
    • Assist Sales Team, Purchasing, and Production to establish a productions schedule
    • Request floorplans from engineering on future orders and builds
    • Sales Forecasting – Work with sales management to publish a sales forecast based on sales opportunity tracking and conversion.
    • Produce weekly production status reports for each dealer
  • Sales Liaison:
    • Sales liaison between sales and Ottawa operations/production
    • Notify dealers of completion dates, two weeks in advance
    • Notify Sales Team on potential delays in production
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Publish standard sales reports to the Endera Sales and management Teams.

 

  • Completed Vehicle Packet:
    • Compile all documentation as required to be applied to a completed unit, prior to shipment
    • Create and send MSOs to dealers
  • Bus Quoting as Needed:               
    • Assist Sales Team on Government, State, and Local bids

This position is a member of the Sales Team and will be the eyes and ears of sales at the factory in Ottawa.  Answering dealers phone calls is essential, therefore, coordinator position requires good phone and communication skills.  The position does require being available to assist Sale Team and Dealers on Friday until 2:00 pm.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance. The employee will frequently lift and/or move 20-25 pounds and may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. This position would be required to walk the production line at least twice per day.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on management style.
  • Proven track record.
  • Experience with procurement for Buy America is preferred.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and encourage team members.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Supply chain and inventory / warehouse management system expertise.
  • Understanding of forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ability to solve problems swiftly.
  • Excel expertise.
  • Solid knowledge and application of ERP / MRP planning and purchasing module utilization.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or
  • 5 - 7 years of related experience and/or training; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
