Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Must be able to scope requests, set expectations, and communicate status clearly.
- Must have strong page-layout skills for longer-form materials, clean writing, and copyediting.
- Must have a working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
- Basic photography and image editing and comfort using AI tools for copy and imagery is required.
- Basic print and ad-specialty production knowledge, including specs, proofs, and vendor coordination is required.
- Must be organized, detail-focused, and receptive to feedback and favor on-scope delivery over perfection.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, bend, stoop, and stand as needed.
- Must be able to travel up to approximately 10% and be available for some after-hours events.
- This is a hybrid role with required in-office time for receiving, production, and event support. In-office needs may arise without prior notice. Any out-of-town travel will have significant notice.
Education and Work Experience
- A degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, communication, or similar is required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Introductory photography skills with a basic grasp of lighting techniques is preferred.
