- Must have proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional technology and e-commerce teams.
- Must have a strong understanding of software lifecycle management, digital platforms, and systems integration.
- Must have expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, and digital performance tracking tools.
- Must have demonstrated success in driving online revenue growth and optimizing user experience.
- Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Must have strong project management skills with a record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 5.3 standards and organizational best practices is preferred.
Education and Work Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in software management, e-commerce operations, or IT leadership is required.
