What You’ll Do:

The Resource Center Supervisor is responsible for leadership, management, and daily operations of the On Ramp Resource Center—a drop-in center for young adults ages 16–24 many of whom are homeless and disconnected from work and school. This role is focused on ensuring operational excellence, staff effectiveness, and creating a safe, structured, and welcoming environment for all participants. As Supervisor, you will guide the implementation of case management and resource center programming in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.  Leadership is a cornerstone of this role; —you will mentor and support a team of case managers and center staff who provide critical resources and guidance to young adults working toward stability and independence.

The Supervisor is tasked with ensuring all client-facing activities are delivered consistently and in alignment with broader organizational goals and standards, trauma-informed practices, and the TIP (Transition to Independence Process) Model. The Supervisor ensures the efficient daily operations of the resource center, assessing and developing programming that meets young adults’ needs, and tracking outcomes across five key transition domains: education, employment, housing, health/well-being, and community life.

This position emphasizes team leadership, program accountability, and ongoing staff development while serving as a point of coordination between internal teams and external community partners. The Supervisor is responsible for fostering a strong team culture built on professionalism, mutual accountability, collaboration, and high performance in service of youth outcomes.
