Job Details

The Assistant Cook will assist the Lead Cook in all meal preparation, service, clean-up and general kitchen maintenance.  Assist in preparing and serving food that is attractive and nutritionally adequate. Follow all health guidelines as to comply with local and state health and safety ordinances. 

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years' previous experience working in a food service environment
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
