Work Schedule:
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Days and work schedule may vary due to business need. NO WEEKENDS! NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS!
Primary Accountability

The Senior Accountant  is responsible for maintaining and ensuring accurate recording, verification, consolidation and entry of transactions and provides technical direction to subordinate level activities. The Senior Accountant is also responsible for month-end financial statement preparation and account reconciliations. Also supports the Finance department by maintaining financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.
Description of Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- Responsible for preparing and distributing monthly financial reports and key financial and business drivers to all management.
- Reconciles all balance sheet accounts and maintains supporting schedules including the reconciliation of bank deposits to cash postings with the Patient Financial Services team.
- Prepares annual operating and capital budget in coordination with other Finance team leaders and company management.
- Processes accurate and timely cash availability report for CFO and/or CEO.
- Prepare financial components of regulatory reporting such as Uniform Data Set (UDS), Federal Financial Report filing,Census data, etc.
- Supports annual audit processes
