Schedule:  Flexible - choose between four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days per week. 

Charlotte Behavioral Health Care is seeking a dynamic clinical leader to oversee our Child Outpatient and Internship Programs. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to shape both direct services for children and families and the next generation of behavioral health professionals. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to interns and Child OP staff. 
  • Oversee high-quality delivery of diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, service coordination, skills coaching, and behavioral health interventions. 
  • Lead internship recruitment, placement, supervision, and liaison efforts with partner institutions.

Must meet eligibility requirements

  • 403b Retirement Plan, with 9% employer contribution for those who meet eligibility requirements. 
  • Tuition reimbursement, Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible, and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) loan repayment eligible for qualifying staff. 

Qualifications

  • Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited college with major coursework in Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. 
  • Licensed or licensed-eligible (within 6 months of hire) mental health professional (LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent). 
  • Three years of experience in a clinical setting required.
  • One year of supervisory experience required. 
  • Passion for mentoring and developing emerging professionals. 
  • Ability to pass a level II background clearance and drug test.
  • Valid FL drivers' license, insurance, and safe driving record.
