Charlotte Behavioral Health Care is seeking a dynamic clinical leader to oversee our Child Outpatient and Internship Programs. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to shape both direct services for children and families and the next generation of behavioral health professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and support to interns and Child OP staff.
- Oversee high-quality delivery of diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, service coordination, skills coaching, and behavioral health interventions.
- Lead internship recruitment, placement, supervision, and liaison efforts with partner institutions.
