Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the position is to oversee, track and reconcile the financial transactions. The employee is organized, efficient and skilled at keeping track of the various types of transactions by the company. Duties and Responsibilities

Record financial transactions

Reconcile bank and credit card account transactions

Invoice processing

Prepare financial reports for managementÂ

Answer inbound calls

Collaborate with tax preparers

Provide excellent customer service

Critical thinking, problem solving and determination

Must have bookkeeping experience in both Sage Intacct and Excel

Applicants must have the ability to work independently, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks with efficiency

Qualifications
Education:Â Bachelors degree required
Experience: Prior experience with Sage Intacct preferred
Working Conditions
Works in a typical office setting with climate control
