We have an immediate opening for an attorney with 3-6 years of experience in business law, including general counsel work for privately owned businesses and nonprofits, commercial real estate, leasing, finance and business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business structures and reorganizations and secured financings.  Candidates must be admitted to practice in California. 

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 3 or more years of experience is $127,500 - $185,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.  We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
