What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver consistently exceptional, beautifully presented dishes.
- Oversee menu development, from R&D to rollout, infusing every item with authenticity, seasonality, and bold Mediterranean flavor.
- Standardize excellence and own recipe documentation, plate specs, costing, and systems that drive consistency across service.
- Collaborate with leadership to train, mentor, and elevate kitchen talent across all levels.
- Drive innovation by staying ahead of culinary trends, sourcing outstanding ingredients, and experimenting with flavor profiles.
- Ensure top performance through smart labor management, food cost control, safety standards, and kitchen efficiency.
- Be a culture builder by championing teamwork, professionalism, and a positive, empowered kitchen environment.
