Job Summary
This is a full-time, remote Regional Sales Manager role. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the Automotive Industry, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and collaborating with other teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Have an overall knowledge of the Automotive Industry.
• Able to become an expert with our software product solutions.
• Make outgoing sales calls to automobile dealerships- this role is email and phone-based
• Conduct demonstrations of our software for potential clients.
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to contracting.
• Able to initiate and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of leads that we help you build with our company CRM.
• Work in a fast-paced sales environment towards fixed weekly and monthly targets.
• Limited travel is necessary to parts and service club meetings, conferences, and conventions.
• Generating leads from existing and new prospects (inbound and outbound) by identifying areas of opportunity and supporting the company’s current dealer and manufacturer programs.
• Building quotations and proposals.
• Collaborating with peers regarding issues and solutions and escalating issues as required.
• Strategically prospect new client relationships via telephone cold and warm calling from lists and research.
• Book qualified demos and onsite visits to meet the monthly sales quota goal.
• Practice pipeline management and follow-up skills
• Consistently achieve attainment goals.
• Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
• Prior automotive software sales experience is a plus.
• Overall knowledge of automotive dealership service departments is a plus
