Fishers Health And Wellness - Director of Wellness

GENERAL FUNCTION

Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director, the Wellness Director will be responsible for all facets of the health /wellness and programs. This includes, but is not limited to, the supervision and direct involvement wellness appointments, coaching and programs and personal training. The Wellness Director will be responsible for the development and administration of the department, program development and promotion, implementation and evaluation, staff scheduling and supervision, and financial operation in accordance with Center and Association goals, objectives and policies. Candidates must understand their role in helping build relationships and a small community atmosphere among our members.
