Overview
Northstar Plumbing is looking for a skilled Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with DWV (drain, waste, vent) systems and gas line installations in residential and custom home settings. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, values professionalism, and wants to be part of a team that’s building something great across the Valley. Experience with new construction and ground-up installations is preferred. Hourly wage is DOE!

Responsibilities
- Rough-in and top-out of residential DWV systems
- Accurately fit and run gas lines to code and spec
- Work alongside project managers, foremen, and other trades on-site
- Read and follow plumbing blueprints and job scopes
- Ensure proper installation techniques and materials are used
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Deliver quality work on schedule and with care
- Uphold all safety and plumbing code standards
- Represent Northstar with professionalism and reliability
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing installation experience
- Strong knowledge of soils systems and gas piping
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and threading equipment
- Familiar with local plumbing codes and inspection requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and time management skills
