ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ENVIRONMENT:
Education, Training & Work Experience: Experience/knowledge working with adults and children with mental health and behavioral struggles preferred. Maintain annual training hours required by FCC.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:Â Trained in trauma informed care principles, Non-violent Crisis Intervention, skills-based interventions.
Equipment & Applications:Â Capable with Microsoft Office and Gmail/Calendar. Valid driver's license.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:Â General office setting conditions, to include work in client homes. Some local travel by car is required. Ability to maintain CPI principles if needed in a crisis situation.
