SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and LOS systems preferred
- Proficient math skills
- Knowledge of FHA/VA/Agency products
- Detail-oriented and skilled at multi-tasking
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Can work with a sense of urgency when time constraints are involved
- Knowledge of Closing Disclosures
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of recent residential closing experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the mortgage industry
- Encompass LOS experience strongly preferred
