EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of real estate servicing experience at a financial institution is preferred, but not required.
- Mortgage and/or Quality Control experience is a plus, but not required.
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
- Associates or Job Level equivalent experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficiency in the ability to access, input, retrieve, and interpret information using applicable computer systems with limited supervision (including but not limited to: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional attitude. Ability to communicate with courtesy and diplomacy, and efficiently follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience using ICE (FKA Black Knight MSP) mortgage servicing software is preferred, but not required.
