EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Encompass process flow
- MAVENT
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- General knowledge of mortgage products and processes
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and skilled at multi-tasking
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must work with a sense of urgency when time constraints are involved
- Ability to identify and resolve client issues and use good judgment in making immediate
decisions that positively impact UHM partners.
