This position is responsible for support to UHM Partner’s to assistant with Loan process questions or issues pertaining to Compliance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain 3-hour SLA on ticket responses within HALO
  • Troubleshooting Mavent fails pertaining to -ATR/QM, State Rules, TILA, Enterprise Rules
  • Understand ATR/QM rules and regulations
  • Take phone calls and help desk questions to direct and support, utilizing proper resources
  • Research Compliance topics to create and maintain FAQ documents
  • Communicate directly with multiple PHD department partners – cross-training support
  • Responsible for attending and participating in Operations Companywide huddles
  • Continued follow-up meetings with specific department team leads for updated procedures
  • Participate in any required partner training opportunities
  • Utilize RingCentral, Halo, Encompass, PartnerNet, Union University
  • Working National Coverage one day a week

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent   
  • Encompass process flow
  • MAVENT
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • General knowledge of mortgage products and processes

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at multi-tasking
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must work with a sense of urgency when time constraints are involved
  • Ability to identify and resolve client issues and use good judgment in making immediate
    decisions that positively impact UHM partners.
