Primary Responsibility:
The Brand Support Representative is a cross-functional role that combines marketing execution with member support to drive brand visibility, consistency, and engagement across GHRA’s signature brands, including Kudos, Big Madre, Gameday, and others. This position is responsible for coordinating marketing efforts, supporting social media and branding strategies, and assisting members during the brand adoption process. The role also involves vendor coordination to ensure smooth brand integration and promotional execution.
Job Responsibilities
Marketing Design & Execution
- Support the planning, design, and rollout of marketing campaigns for assigned GHRA brands.
- Assist in the creation of promotional content for print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce branded marketing materials.
- Help execute brand-specific social media strategies, including content scheduling, post creation, and campaign performance monitoring.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Support marketing events, product promotions, and local brand awareness initiatives.
Member & Vendor Support
- Assist members through the brand onboarding and site conversion process for programs such as Kudos, Big Madre, and Gameday.
- Serve as a liaison between members and approved vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of marketing-related services.
- Review, compare, and manage vendor quotes for marketing materials or signage, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with GHRA standards.
- Provide prompt, accurate responses to member inquiries related to branding, marketing materials, or vendor services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to process site approvals and handle exception requests in line with brand guidelines.
- Support basic contract tracking and coordination related to brand marketing agreements.
Brand Oversight & Collaboration
- Monitor brand presence at member locations to ensure adherence to GHRA brand standards.
- Work closely with directors and brand managers to implement branding strategies and drive ongoing improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the marketing and visual impact of GHRA’s branded programs at the store level.
- Provide input on brand performance and customer feedback to inform strategic adjustments
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support the goals of the department and organization.
