From our state-of-the-art facility in downtown Winston-Salem, our agents support 54 dealerships and 26 brands across North Carolina and Virginia, setting high-quality appointments for customers shopping for their next new or pre-owned vehicle.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer care and a positive brand experience
  • Engage customers with thoughtful questions to understand their needs
  • Share personalized information and solutions using phone, email, chat, and text
  • Craft custom quotes, build customer profiles, and create tailored buying or service experiences
  • Set and meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Communicate efficiently to make 60–100 calls and send 40–60 messages per day
  • Collaborate with dealerships, brand partners, and marketing teams
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and attend regular training
 

What We're Looking For
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-motivated work ethic and desire to grow income through performance
  • Ability to navigate CRM platforms and digital communication tools
  • Creative thinking and the ability to match products to customer needs
  • Professional presence and a team-first attitude
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
