Requirements:
- Prior experience in security or a similar role preferred.
- Ability to stay calm and think clearly in high-pressure situations.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Training in CPR/First Aid and de-escalation techniques a plus.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
