Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to ensure excellence is achieved at the Retail operations and provide management support to the Director of Retail. This position will also ensure team members maintain strong customer relationships

- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills

- Proficient at using banking systems and Microsoft Office products
- Proven customer service skills, and ability to create and maintain new and existing customer relationships
- Ability to solve problems in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to use proper judgment and make sound decisions that affect the Bank
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
- Overall understanding of Retail operations, policies, products and procedures
Essential Job Functions
- Participate in Retail meetings to maintain effective implementation of policy or procedure
- Ensure daily work is completed by team members
- Ensure customer service excellence is maintained by team members
- Maintain a professional and service-focused culture at Drive
- Stay informed of products and services and ensure services are communicated to team members
- Follow up with customers to ensure services and products are adequate
Equipment Operated
Word Processor on personal computer, calculator, fax, copier, telephone, computer printer, check encoder, scanner and the following software: Jack Henry-Vertex system, Jack Henry core banking system
Work Environment
Work is performed both standing and at a desk with regular contact with customers and other employees, in person and on the phone. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others while standing, sitting or walking, and using hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens.
