Industrial Blaster – Manufacturing & Fabrication Shop

**Location:** Burlington, WI | **Schedule:** Full-Time | **First Shift**

Are you looking for a hands-on job in manufacturing, general labor, or fabrication? Join American Bin and Conveyor, a leader in the aggregate, sand, mineral, and bulk material handling industry. We’re looking for a motivated Industrial Blaster to help prepare and finish steel components used in conveyors, elevators, and large-scale material handling equipment.

 What You'll Do:

• Operate blasting equipment (blast pots, spray guns, etc.) to clean and prep metal surfaces
• Assist with industrial painting and shop fabrication tasks as needed
• Inspect metal parts for quality and accuracy before and after blasting
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Complete job paperwork (materials, time tracking, job orders)
• Support general shop and manufacturing duties as assigned 

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in general labor, manufacturing, construction, or fabrication preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Good attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing, squatting)
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Ability to operate or learn forklift, overhead crane, and hoist
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the company.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.
