We’re seeking a proven, dynamic leader to oversee operations for a high-volume restaurant generating $5–6 million annually and managing a talented team of 85–90 employees. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong teams, driving results, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to all departments, including operations, finance, human resources, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and cost control measures.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and development initiatives to cultivate a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in high-volume restaurant management, demonstrating leadership and operational skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment’s dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests.

  • The work environment may involve exposure to smoke, with intensity varying depending on the specific location of the establishment.
