What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the daily culinary operations at Harlow’s, overseeing both line and prep teams

Driving food quality, consistency, and creativity across all service periods

Collaborating with the Executive Chef to develop, test, and execute seasonal menus and specials

Supporting FOH integration and ensuring seamless kitchen-to-table execution

Managing labor and food costs in alignment with company goals

Training, mentoring, and evaluating kitchen team members with a focus on growth and accountability

Overseeing inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal freshness and efficiency

Monitoring food trends, client preferences, and kitchen performance metrics to continuously improve

Partnering with leadership and other departments to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
You’re a Match If You Have…
-
3+ years of experience in culinary/kitchen leadership (preferably in high-volume or elevated dining environments)

Experience designing menus and managing costing
-
Strong familiarity with seasonal produce, diverse proteins, and scratch cooking

Experience working in guest-facing environments with a commitment to exceptional service

Working knowledge of food safety protocols, kitchen operations, and vendor management
-
Tech fluency, including Microsoft Office and POS/CRM systems (e.g., Toast, Aloha, Micros)

Spanish/English bilingual skills a plus
