Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, solution-focused parent training sessions via telehealth to caregivers of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Empower families with practical, evidence-based strategies to support behavior change and skill development at home.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to align parent training with each child’s individualized treatment goals.
- Offer encouragement, clarity, and consistent follow-up to help caregivers build confidence and see meaningful progress.
- Monitor and document caregiver performance and program adherence to ensure effective implementation.
- Stay current with best practices in ABA and family-centered care to continually elevate your impact.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBAÂ certification in good standing.
- Experience providing ABA services, with a passion for parent/caregiver coaching.
- Strong communication skills — clear, empathetic, and empowering — especially in a virtual setting.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating telehealth platforms.
- A warm, patient, and encouraging presence that helps caregivers feel seen, heard, and supported.
