Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist guests, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage the receipt and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and clients.
- Provide administrative support across departments as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions with families, staff, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish)
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
