Description

As a Field Project Manager, you’ll lead and work alongside a crew of movers to ensure the safe, efficient, and professional relocation of office furniture, equipment, and contents for commercial clients. Your main job is to deliver high-quality service on-site, manage daily operations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout each move. You’ll focus on executing move plans, mentoring your team, and maintaining safety and service standards. You’ll report to the Operations Manager.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead and supervise movers during relocations
  • Conduct daily job site meetings
  • Manage on-site logistics and crew assignments
  • Ensure proper handling of furniture, IT equipment, and materials
  • Serve as on-site client contact
  • Report progress and issues to operations
  • Complete paperwork (timesheets, damage reports, etc.)
  • Enforce safety and DOT compliance
  • Train crew on techniques and standards
  • Assist with inventory, materials, and equipment

 

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in commercial moving; supervisory experience required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to read and follow move plans
  • Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekend
