Installer Foreman

As an Installer Foreman, you’ll lead a team to complete furniture installation projects safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You’ll be hands-on, solving problems on-site, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll report to the Operations Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a crew to install, move, and set up office furniture
• Read and follow installation plans accurately
• Make sure the team meets quality and safety standards
• Train and support junior installers
• Keep tools and equipment in good condition
• Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors
• Complete paperwork and report job progress

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with office furniture installation
• Able to lift 75 lbs and work on your feet
• Good with computers and email
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• High school diploma or GED
