Licensed Practical Nurse

Centurion is proud to be the provider of medical and mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at Central Florida Reception Center located in Orlando, Florida in the following positions:

• FT/Night - 7:15pm-7:45am (Friday/Saturday and Sunday)
• FT/Night 7:15pm-7:45am (Monday/Thursday and every other weekend)
• FT/Day 7:15am-7:45pm (Monday/Friday and every other weekend)
• FT/Day 7:15am-7:45pm (Thursday/Friday and every other weekend)
  FT/Day 4:30am - 12:30pm (Monday - Friday)
• FT/Day 12pm - 8:30pm (Monday - Friday)
• PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIFTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FACILITY.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Pay: $30-$34/hr.  plus differentials and benefits

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required 
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) 
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
