Infection Control Coordinator - LPN

Pay is $33.75 - $45/hour depending on years of experience. 

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a part-time Infection Control LPN to join our team at Baltimore Central Booking and Intake center located in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Infection Control  LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

• Must hold valid LPN license in Maryland 
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• CIC (certification in infection control) preferred.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience providing nursing care in a public health environment or acute care setting with focus on infection prevention and control
• Experience working with a high degree of autonomy required

Available shift:  part time,  16 hours/week,  weekend days
