POSITION OVERVIEW:
Oldham Goodwin is seeking a dynamic, digitally savvy Hospitality Marketing Coordinator to join our hospitality marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative and organized professional who thrives on storytelling, data-driven strategy, and brand development across multiple hotel properties. You’ll collaborate closely with hotel teams and leadership to conceptualize, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive guest engagement, grow digital presence, and elevate our properties’ market position.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, design, proficiency in digital platforms, and a proactive mindset. This role requires agility across content creation, social media, SEO, advertising, and visual branding — and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.
General Overview of Responsibilities/Duties:
Digital Brand Management - Develop and execute content strategies across all relevant platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profiles, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and LinkedIn) for multiple hotel properties. Maintain a consistent voice and visual identity while adapting messaging to each property's brand and audience.
Content Creation & Scheduling - Plan and publish social media content including copywriting, photography, short-form video, and reels. Maintain a monthly content calendar for each hotel and F&B outlet and coordinate timely coverage of hotel events, activations, and promotions.
Social Media & Influencer Strategy - Identify social media growth opportunities, engage with online audiences, and manage relationships with local influencers or content creators to promote hotel experiences and amenities.
Graphic & Collateral Design - Design branded print and digital materials including brochures, flyers, signage, social posts, event invitations, table toppers, and more. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales efforts, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Website & OTA Content Oversight - Regularly audit and update hotel websites and online travel agency (OTA) listings (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com) to ensure accurate, optimized content, high-quality photography, and up-to-date amenities or promotions.
Reputation Management - Monitor and respond to guest reviews and online mentions across platforms. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest sentiment and showcase service recovery or guest experience highlights.
Paid Advertising & Digital Campaigns - Assist in developing and executing targeted digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (Search & Display), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Track performance and adjust strategies based on KPIs and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting - Monitor marketing performance through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform-specific metrics. Generate regular reports to evaluate content performance, advertising ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
New Property Launch Support - Participate in onboarding and marketing launch of new hotels including creation of brand assets, website updates, signage, photography coordination, social media rollout, and more.
Project & Task Coordination - Use Trello (our preferred task management platform) to track marketing requests, communicate with hotel teams, organize design assets, and ensure timely project execution.
Brand & Platform Compliance - Complete required brand training (e.g., Marriott’s Marketing New Hire Checklist) and stay informed on brand platform updates, SEO best practices, and digital trends.
Promote the Hospitality Division - Develop and execute marketing initiatives that elevate the visibility of Oldham Goodwin’s Hospitality Division, positioning it as a premier third-party hotel management company. Create brand-forward content and campaigns that appeal to developers, hotel ownership groups, hospitality brands, and investment partners. This includes showcasing management successes, highlighting property performance, producing division-specific collateral, and supporting growth-related presentations or proposals.
