Irrigation Helper

Landscapes USA (LUSA) is a leading commercial landscape maintenance and construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality service, safety, and customer satisfaction. Our Jacksonville branch is seeking motivated individuals to join our irrigation team.

Position Summary:
The Irrigation Tech Helper will assist the Irrigation Technician in installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems for commercial properties. This role requires prior irrigation experience and offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with troubleshooting irrigation systems, including valves, controllers, and piping.

• Operate irrigation timers and help program/run schedules.

• Perform head and nozzle repairs as needed.

• Support the Irrigation Technician with installations and service calls.

• Carry tools, materials, and assist with daily job site setup and cleanup.

• Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Pay & Benefits:

• $18–$19 per hour (based on experience).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an irrigation helper.

• Ability to run irrigation timers and perform head/nozzle repairs.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Reliable transportation to the branch office/job sites.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.

• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug test.
