What You’ll Do
- Handle general accounting duties and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close, financial analysis, and reporting
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and provide supporting documentation
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Act as a backup for A/P, A/R, and fixed asset functions
- Assist with ad-hoc financial and cost analysis
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Stay up-to-date with accounting best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader finance initiatives
