What You’ll Do

  • Handle general accounting duties and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and provide supporting documentation
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
  • Act as a backup for A/P, A/R, and fixed asset functions
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial and cost analysis
  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader finance initiatives

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of financial and cost accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to be cross-trained and support your team wherever needed
