We are looking for a Production Team Lead who embodies these values to help coordinate and lead daily production activities on our packaging floor. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence, safety, and team development.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by example in a cGMP-compliant environment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging operations.
- Serve as a key support to the Production Supervisor—training team members, coordinating daily assignments, and stepping in when needed.
- Foster a culture of safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs, OSHA guidelines, and internal quality systems.
- Use ERP systems and RF devices to monitor and perform production transactions accurately.
- Assist in organizing and implementing process improvements, new projects, and monthly GMP area cleanups.
- Promote positive cross-department communication and teamwork while mentoring team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support key company goals.
