Position Purpose
As a Line Inspector, you will be on the front line of our quality commitment, helping ensure that every medication we package is safe, accurate, and ready for use by hospitals and patients across the country. Your role is essential in maintaining product quality and packaging integrity by visually inspecting items and supporting key production functions including cleanup, setup, and packing.

Key Responsibilities
In alignment with UDL’s Vision and Core Values, you will:
Ensure Quality and Compliance:

Visually inspect products for defects and accuracy at various stages of the packaging process.

Monitor the quality and position of packaging materials (PVC, cartons, labels, etc.) throughout production.

Accurately complete Batch Records and handle packaged/unpackaged product in accordance with procedures.

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and regulatory guidelines.
Support Operations:

Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of production equipment and workstations.

Perform ERP system tasks using RF devices or computers (e.g., receive items, enter finished goods, return stock).

Support the Lead Operator and contribute to smooth line operations.
Maintain Safety and Organization:

Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized at all times.

Follow safety practices including safe lifting, equipment care, and proper handling procedures.
