Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our equipment and facilities. Your day-to-day work will reflect our commitment to excellence through:
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on production, packaging, and building equipment.
- Monitoring and coordinating with contracted services (pest control, trash removal, calibrations, etc.).
- Supporting facility needs, including minor repairs and forklift operation.
- Assembling and installing packaging equipment and air lines.
- Working directly with suppliers to source parts and coordinate equipment repairs.
- Collaborating with team members to uphold our quality and safety standards.
