We are currently seeking a Sanitation & Production Support Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential in keeping our production areas safe, clean, and well-stocked—supporting our mission of delivering high-quality pharmaceutical packaging services.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure cleanliness and order by sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing production workstations.

  • Collect and remove trash in production areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.

  • Wash and store production equipment and dishes, ensuring readiness for the next use.

  • Monitor and restock daily inventory and supplies in production rooms.

  • Follow cGMP guidelines and practices, including accurate and timely record keeping.

  • Lend a hand to production staff and operators with various tasks—because teamwork matters.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Familiarity with computer hardware (Windows PC).

  • Previous experience with mechanical packaging equipment, hospital pharmacy, or healthcare preferred.

  • Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and comfortably push, pull, bend, twist, stand, and sit as needed throughout the day.

  • Attention to detail and a focus on doing things right the first time.

  • Strong organizational skills—accurate, reliable, and efficient.
