Role Overview:
As a Shipping Clerk, you'll help ensure every package that leaves our facility reflects our dedication to safety, precision, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and pick completed orders with accuracy and care.
- Process shipments using UPS WorldShip or FedEx Manager software.
- Ensure all orders are packaged, labeled, and handled correctly.
- Use our ERP system (QAD) to complete timely and accurate transactions.
- Monitor and enter freight charges, then mark orders as shipped.
- Stage and organize outgoing shipments for daily carrier pickups.
- Interact professionally with drivers and support team communication.
- Keep the shipping area neat, organized, and free of clutter.
- Collaborate with Customer Service on daily shipping priorities.
- Support Inventory Department functions as needed.
- Maintain adequate stock of shipping materials and supplies.
- Collaborating with team members to uphold our quality and safety standards.
