You will serve as a senior technical leader, driving complex product development initiatives from concept through production. This role focuses on technical execution, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.
Salary Range:
$122,300 to $143,200 USD
*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex engineering projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Apply advanced engineering design techniques and tools to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement innovative product designs, processes, and testing procedures.
- Perform complex engineering tasks with minimal guidance, leveraging extensive experience and expertise.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams without direct supervisory duties.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to ensure product feasibility, project objectives are met and compliance with standards.
- Ensure adherence to development and manufacturing standards, including ISO and internal quality systems.
- Maintain and improve engineering documentation, data management, and knowledge sharing practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert in product development, providing guidance on best practices and technical problem-solving.
