YARDI & TREASURY SPECIALIST

This non-exempt position is required to partner with all levels/departments within the organization and offshore accounting team; therefore, excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are a must. The selected individual must work well with others and be dependable, organized, and detail oriented.  This role reports to the Corporate Controller and salary will be based on experience. 5 days a week in office is required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Facilitate Yardi technical support requests such as:
  • Establish new entities and properties
  • User onboarding and terminations
  • Updates to contacts and workflows
  • Password resets and general troubleshooting
  • Escalating issues to internal or Yardi Support as needed
  • Handle Bill Pay increase requests
  • Monthly roll forward processes
  • Maintenance and ticket requests for CommercialCafe
  • Maintenance for Residential RentCafe
  • Identifies opportunities for improving the Yardi technical support process, designs, and implements changes.
  • Facilitates Yardi training on the various modules as needed by on/offshore teams.
  • Actively seeks out supplementary information to grow their technical Yardi knowledge.
• Assist Treasury Team in the following tasks:
  • Enter wire and ACH transactions in banking platforms for accounting department.
  • Complete verbal wire instructions confirmations for incoming and outgoing wires.
  • Send wire instructions via secure email to outside parties as requested.
  • Resolve user errors and access issues within banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with Treasury to establish new bank accounts
  • Collect daily payments, process remote deposits through accounting software, and process bank teller deposits as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• This role requires proficiency in Yardi’s administrative and accounting configuration.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as an accounts payable associate, accounts receivable associate, or treasury role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are needed to be successful in this position.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
• High regard for accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze, investigate and resolve issues while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity.
• Self-motivated, action-oriented and resourceful.
• Well organized, detailed and reliable.
• Approachable, interpersonal savvy, team player and positive attitude.

Salary Range: $70k-75k
