Qualifications
- Prior coaching experience preferably in an independent private school at the Middle School JV, or Varsity level is strongly desired.
- Strong understanding of the sport, including rules and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various individuals and motivate athletes.
- Ability to build trusting relationships and create a positive team environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in education or a related field.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required.
- Must complete necessary coaching certifications, such as NFHS certifications.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet employment requirements for a school setting.
- Availability for evening and weekend commitments, including travel for games.
- Commitment to the school's values and promoting a positive team culture.

Salary and Benefits:
Coaching positions at Hackley carry a stipend depending on the level of the team and the experience of the coach.
