As a member of FrontLine’s executive leadership team, the Director of Clinical Services in the Residential Health Services (RHS) department is a visionary leader energized by the opportunity to create and implement cutting edge, responsive, and accessible behavioral healthcare for individuals and families living in supportive housing sites in Cuyahoga County. In alignment with the strategic plan, the Director will propel the agency’s mission and vision to end homelessness, reduce harm, provide high quality care, and resolve crisis. This position will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals and objectives and will cultivate programs staffed by skilled professionals who are committed to the work of the agency and the people we serve. To accomplish this, the Director will foster an environment of learning, emotional intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration. The Director will maintain a laser focus on program outcomes and community impact and will use data as a critical tool to continuously evaluate services with the goal of exceeding outcomes for individuals, programs, the agency, and the broader systems of care in which FrontLine operates.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
