Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Partner with departments to develop accurate, data-informed forecasts
- Play a key role in the annual budgeting process, with a path toward leading and managing the process end-to-end
- Analyze financial trends and variances to identify risks and opportunities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements; perform variance reporting
- Support CFO/COO in preparation of insightful reporting packages for leadership and board
- Develop and drive improvements in financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Evaluate business performance against targets and present findings
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to inform accurate, data-informed forecasts
- Act as a trusted advisor to department leaders on financial initiatives
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor one or more financial analysts, fostering growth and accountability
- Review and guide team output to ensure accuracy and quality
Tools & Process Improvement
- Drive automation and optimization of forecasting and reporting processes
- Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to improve decision-making support

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience; FP&A experience within the consumer products industry is strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in budgeting at an organization-wide level
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports and high-performance teams
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills and of financial statements
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership
- Self-starter with a bias for action and a continuous improvement mindset
- Proven track record of ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data presented to leadership and key stakeholders
- Proven success working in a dynamic, high-growth, or rapidly evolving business environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders

Work Environment
- This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 2-3 in-office days per week at the Seattle (Georgetown) location
