

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- High School (or GED equivalent) required.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in press operations, within a printing or packaging environment, with at least 1-2 of those years held in a supervisory position.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Leadership abilities to motivate a team and earn the respect and trust of assigned employees.
- Ability to prioritize jobs and be proactive, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems. Must be willing to learn and capable of being trained on software as necessary.
- Willing to work overtime or weekends as necessary, to support production.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises up to 30 people on a shift.Â
- Ownership of shift operations and production results for shift.
Training Requirements:
- Willing to attend required training courses or sessions, both onsite or off site, related to the job as assigned.
Physical Demands:
- Regular walking throughout the production floor, standing, crouching, and other repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds with assistance, under the company safe lifting requirements (Team lift, lift jack, pallet jack).
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and subject to random drug screening.
Work Environment:
- Regular exposure to dust and noise in the production environment.
- Warehouse environment temperatures may be influenced by outside temperatures.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Safety glasses are recommended in the production area.
- Safety toe shoes highly recommended in the Plant Warehouse and Production areas.
