Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Some college or trade school highly desired.
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience in equipment maintenance to include electrical experience.
- Electrical certifications or license is a plus.
- Project management experience is a plus.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have working knowledge of PLCs and basic electrical skills.
- Proficient with industrial, mechanical and pneumatic machinery.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, building codes, or safety practices is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to follow a preventative maintenance program.
- Be safety conscious and perform all duties with the highest level of safety awareness and practice.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to follow policies and procedures (SOPs, Lock-out/Tag-out) and maintain records.
- Able to prioritize tasks.
- Be proactive and organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient utilizing various power and hand tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, including email and able to learn the companys software program in order to monitor equipment and production.
- Relatively open availability to work a full-time schedule covering multiple shifts of production operations as necessary Monday to Friday. Weekend and overtime work is required for special projects, downtime troubleshooting, etc.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Training Requirements:
- Willing to attend required training courses or sessions related to the job as assigned.
Physical Demands:
- Occasional Lifting (up to 50 lbs independently and up to 75 lbs with assistance).
- Constant walking, standing, crouching, climbing and other repetitive tasks in the performance of maintenance work.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical and subject to random drug screening.
Work Environment:
- Regular exposure to dust and noise in the production environment.
- Warehouse / Production area temperatures may be influenced by outside temperatures.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Safety toe shoes are required.
- Safety glasses are recommended when working on machinery or other potentially hazardous equipment.
