Summary
Utilization of pneumatic orbital and other sanding methods, to ensure the finish sanding quality of all cabinet door panels, rails & stiles to include all profiled millwork.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
Studies all production paperwork for the quantities, sizes and wood species of articles to be hand sanded.
Quality checks all articles to be sanded.
Wood putties/repairs, all natural and unnatural defects of all articles to be sanded.
Communicates to leads and supervisor, all substandard quality items that cannot sufficiently be sanded and/or repaired prior to finishing.
Hand sand/orbital sands all articles complete, to finish quality, for each set of production paperwork.
Must have some flexibility, other duties may be assigned.
