The Assistant Front of House Manager:
- Must be available to work most events and shows and be available to work evenings and weekends.
- May act as the FOH on Duty for some events. For some events opening and closing duties may be split with the acting FOH Manager.
- Attend weekly management meetings, all-hands’ meetings and any management training.
Qualifications also include:
- Being a self-starter who can take direction.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with company or tour proprietary information and staff information.
- Models consistent and appropriate staff behavior and work ethic.
- Comfortable trouble-shooting escalated issues and patron interactions.
- Previous management experience a plus; strong people skills required.
